IIMs in India. Any new Bill needed to improve its working?

Who will decide this question? IIMs themselves, other educationalists, politicians and babus?

Beheruz Nariman Sethna, a distinguished alumnus of IIT-Bombay and IIM-Ahmedabad and the first person of Indian origin to become President of a University in the US - a position held for 19 years, opines that "world class institutions are not built by politicians, but by those working within them and the proposed IIM Bill not only curbs the freedom of the 13 IIMs , but also dilutes their quality".(The Hindu, June 26,2015)

We better leave it to those who know better than us and hoard them to develop those  centres of excellence and get places in the first twenty of world ranking!

To The Honourable Chair-person, ‘State Human Rights Commission’, Mrs. Justice T Meenakumari. Thiruvarangam, 143, P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Salai, (Greenways Road) Chennai 600 028, T.N.
Most Respected Madam/Sirs, VERY VERY URGENT please.
Subject: “Having been deprived of my rights to Dignity of Life”. ‘ Hence this humble submission ‘
I am constrained to write to your goodself, yearning for justice and peace, in my old age of 68, encroaching your good high office, for Human Rights in the State of Tamilnadu, being a Chennai born resident, after desperate reminders and follow-up with *PA to CJ-MHC, Registrar General,Registrar(judicial)and Dy.Registrar(Writs) of Madras High Court. Please intervene for help.
MESSAGED: “Yearning For Justice And Peace” Addressed to the SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE ARMED FORCES OF INDIA (H.E.The President of India) ,of the poor service of justice, to the common people of India inclusive of ex-servicemen, who once came forward to give their life to the nation. No fair and transparent pronouncement of AWARDS in AFT Chennai. For evidence please view WP2989 with Madras High Court. Grave injustice to this ex-serviceman Chandran P K, who a son of an ex-serviceman, joined Indian Army in the age of 14 years and 10 months during the dark days of Chinese aggression (1962) and Pakistan War of 1965. Can the JUDICIARY come to the rescue of this ex-serviceman who has been deprived of his legitimate rights ? A probe will reveal that the enacted laws are not followed but for to the whims and fancies. WE NEED THE ELECTED PEOPLES GOVERNMENT, NOT TO NEGLECT THE NEEDS OF THE COMMON - PEOPLE, AFTER THEY GET ELECTED. With this awakening, it’s “Time to fight for Pensionary Rights” by all ex-servicemen with neutrality, not obligatory, without any discriminatory rights by the Jurists, in India, who are leading silent deaths but for respecting the enacted laws without any discrimination in an unbiased form of dispensing with Awards, by the ARMED FORCES TRIBUNAL Neutrality implies that all services should be treated equal and there should be no discrimination in terms of speed and cost of access. Govt. of India (Peoples Government), to initiate stringent measures, to prevent use of unfair means, causing discrimination, neglect and injustice too few ex-servicemen.

God if really exists, curses like that of mine is answered. Having been deprived of my legitimate rights, I am obligated to depend upon my son and daughter-in-law, while similar discharges from Indian Army have been enjoying their rights of Army Medical Discharge Pension, medical and other fringe benefits that of ESM, from the time of their discharge which I have been deprived, firstly because of the wrong discharge code entered by RECORDS Dept. which indicated otherwise as dismissal, later on when Armed Forces Tribunal came into force in 2009, onwards, approached in 2012 since there was no wide publicity to common people, self could not influence and hence the case was dismissed, where the enacted laws are not taken into account but for to their own discretional-powers as per the prevailing mindset and more-over same being not monitored. Though medically discharged for no fault of mine while I have given my best of service, a teetotaler, participating physically and mentally, in all curricular activities as well and been outstanding, to have been awarded the ‘B’Group technical trade(highest), by the Scientific Trade Allocation Board in 1, Signal Training Centre. Totally disappointed, when discharged from the Army, thrown out like a fish out of water by a Army Medical Board (panel of medical specialists), while in Military Hospital Jabalpur, for no fault of mine. But wrongly recorded with wrong service code, as though come out of service on my own. My continuing in this unfair state, of deprival of my rights, is a curse, to the JUDICIARY and the PEOPLES GOVERNMENT, in public services.
Please have mercy taking a sympathetic view to ensure my case numbered WP2989, with Madras H.C. listed in Jan, last year 2014, being fairly heard, for injustice sustained by dismissal egoistically at A.F. T. Chennai. My humble request seeking Justice, at an early date, without further delay, before death. I wish, I get my rightful, legitimate dues, before reaching my grave. Respectfully yours,

Sir, Unfair practices prevailing also in Armed Forces Tribunal, Chennai Bench. Admn Member is a Lt. Gen by rank, who is not a qualified lawyer but for entry as a NDA Cadet, added with warfare studies. The Representative form Army Legal Dept though BL/LLB on entry added to over 10 yrs. service HE/She is tight-lipped, have no courage to express if the senior officer(Lt.Gen dismisses the case.) This is the state of affairs the advocate linked making HAY WHEN THE SUN SHINES.
