"Any citizen residing in the state of Chhattisgarh can lodge a complaint - with a definite and solid proof in hand - on the amount of bribe he/she has/had paid to get a decision or order or certificate in his/ her favour  in the last five years (since January 1, 2013) to any public official in any public office/ organisation (including the elected representative or an individual nominated to a public office by the state government) in the designated court or courts for the recovery of such bribe/ commission amount from the concerned public official. Any wrong or revengeful complaint made with no proof will end up in prosecution".
