World lost over 52 percent of its wildlife in the last 40 years

So we should be happy and content with the photographs/ pictures of extinct wildlife by 2050 in the text books for our posterity. May be, a few species might exist in some select zoos on this globe and the rest will get extinct forever. A great victory of the human species over the animal kingdom!
