Last week tomato was selling @ Rs 60 a kg in Pahadganj retail market, Delhi. Today it has increased to Rs 100 a kg.
Nobody seems to be having any control over such a development - by any government department or agency even in the national capital. No lessons learnt so far despite such a trend noticed in the recent and distant past.
It is a challenge to the new rulers in Delhi. Let us see how is it going to be tackled in the near future.
